Job Summary
A global cloud contact center leader has an open position for a Remote Senior Workday Business Systems Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design solutions in Workday for a fast-paced, always changing global organization
- Configure Workday Integrations and Workday modules based on requirements from HR and Payroll partners
- Participate in Workday projects by assisting with business requirement gathering
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience with configuration of Workday with focus on integrations and configuration
- Ability to work with partners of varying technical and functional ability
- Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field
- Experience working with hire-to-retire processes
- A great customer service attitude
