Job Summary
An IT service management company has an open position for a Remote Senior Workday Recruiting Implementation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business needs and requirements across HCM/Recruiting areas
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and provide clarity and direction
- Perform testing and the deployment of systems integrations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 25% travel
- Successfully complete Workday HCM and Recruiting certifications course work
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
- Previous experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft or other traditional ERP HCM systems
- 5+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or Recruiting systems
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
