Job Summary

A workers' compensation insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Workers Compensation Claim Representative III in Oklahoma City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Verify workers' compensation coverage of employers and injured employees
• Determine compensability under workers' compensation by thorough investigation of the claim
• Determine causal relationship between the reported injury and the incident

Position Requirements Include:

• Five years experience in a workers' compensation claims environment
• Must have experience handling Worker's Compensation Claims in one or more of our core states
• Ability and proficiency in the use of computers and company standard software
• Knowledge of medical and legal terminology related to the work
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations, including jurisdictional laws
• Effective oral and written communication skills
