Job Summary
A provider of insurance products and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interact with our customers each and every day via email, telephone, and written correspondence
- Adjudicate complex lost time claims involving medical, legal and vocational rehabilitation issues
- Help injured employees to return to work as soon as medically feasible
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years prior experience adjudicating complex lost time claims
- Experience with medical, legal and vocational rehabilitation issues
- Must be licensed in at least one of the three jurisdictions: Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Within 6 months of hire, must become licensed in all three jurisdictions
- Ability to mentor and train entry level claims professionals in the above jurisdictions
