Job Summary

A pharmacy and medical organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Workers Compensation Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring regulatory and legislative activities related to workers' compensation pharmacy
• Providing testimony in response to proposed legislation/regulatory changes
• Developing written comments for submission on proposed legislative/regulatory proposals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Attend industry meetings to represent company
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 14 to 18 years of experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills
• Experience with software applications such as Access, Excel or other PC based database tools
