Job Summary

A mass media company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Workflow Automation Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing, testing, analyzing, and iterating policies
  • Building video workflows across a set of cross-functional staff and vendor teams
  • Designing and configuring robust video services with demanding reliability, resiliency, and scale requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Good understanding of software design/architecture and tradeoffs
  • Experience with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway
  • Excellent development skills in Golang, Python, YAML scripting, or equivalent programming languages
  • Familiarity with containers, micro-services, and related architectures
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Terraform, Github actions
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
