Qualifications for this position include:

- Experience in conducting cost-benefit assessments
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strongly prefer knowledge of NICE Cyber Workforce Framework and/or DoD 8140
- Knowledge of the human capital and talent life cycles
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
