Job Summary
A short-term rental management company has an open position for a Remote Senior Workforce Management Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set a comprehensive Workforce Management strategy for the Customer Experience team
- Create a robust headcount modeling process with historical and up-to-date inputs and demand drivers
- Drive improvement in the accuracy, quality and efficiency of workforce management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- An established Customer Experience workforce management leader
- 5+ years of experience in a high growth environment
- Proficient with spreadsheet tools in order to create impactful data supported insights
- Experience selecting, implementing and optimizing customer experience
- An optimistic, high-energy problem solver who pursues sustainable long-term solutions
