Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Workforce Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and developing the Workforce Management team of analysts while supporting the business strategy
- Forecasting for Member Support and Client Service Support Contact Centers
- Supporting ad hoc data and analysis requests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workforce Management
- Proven record of providing strong and effective customer service
- Ability to establish and build effective working relationships and partnerships with internal partners, Clients, and vendors
- Proven success influencing peers, clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, persuasion, and solutionsbased service requiring cross departmental involvement
- Prior experience leading Workforce Management team
