Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Workforce Planning and Analytics Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Design and maintain dashboards that support key strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Statistically analyze workforce data to identify trends
- Integrate and translate workforce, talent acquisition, and external labor market data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR
- 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
