Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is in need of a Remote Senior Workplace Experience Manager in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure all Integrated Facilities Management services and programs are being delivered consistently
- Approve and oversees all programs and procedures regarding facilities and facilities staff at the regional level
- Oversee regional operation and project budgets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time once travel is reinstated
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions
