A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Zendesk Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Continuously improving processes, policies, and tools
- Ensuring integrations between the two teams are running smoothly and correctly
- Auditing existing logic, macros, views, and user roles and permissions for consistency
Position Requirements Include:
- 4 years of Zendesk Admin experience
- Exposure to Liquid Code a must
- Experience in or with Support and Support Operations
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving urgent, high-visibility technical problems
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
