Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SeniorHelp Content Technical Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Writing and refining help guides about products
  • Helping expand and develop our chatbot
  • Taking full ownership of content on specific areas of the platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of technical writing experience, creating content for non-technical users
  • Experience building content strategy for specific features or product areas
  • Comfortable checking your ego at the door; open to feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with help/documentation CMS, project management, and bug-tracking software
  • Experience using metrics to guide strategic content decisions
  • Comfortable working in basic HTML
