We are looking for someone to manage and coordinate projects and requests for existing clients ranging from website revisions, digital and print ads, social media, and more. Key Responsibilities:
This individual will work closely with the CSMs (Client Success Managers) & PMs (Project Managers) during the onboarding phase for our clients to ensure that we have access to all of their company listings
Work directly with our clients to gain access to multiple social and listing accounts
Will be responsible for updating/creating listings to be consistent with client's brand
Work with clients to ensure that all of their listings across multiple dental practice locations are all consistent, optimized and up to date
Update and monitor client information via Yext.

Complete assigned support tickets regarding social media listings
Job Summary:
Part time, 20 hours per week. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required
Hourly position, up to $15 per hour, depending on experience
Remote position with the ability to work anywhere
Must reside in the United States

Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience SEO Listings Specialist
This position is client facing and customer service experience is required
Resourceful: Before you ask someone a question, Did you google it?
Keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Yext platform and listings management
Experience with the technical side of social media: GMB, FB, Yelp, Nextdoor etc.
Experience with project management tools such as TaskRay, SalesForce, Zendesk
