Job Summary
A software and service advisory firm is in need of a Remote Service Advisory Senior Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing software/hardware projects and initiatives
- Maintaining process documentation, workflow, and architectural diagrams
- Identifying opportunities that can improve the efficiency of business processes within Managed Services and Client operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of IT experience with a record of progressive career growth
- 5+ years in a DevOps role
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Groovy, Bash or other scripting languages; and an aptitude for learning new languages
- Experience developing integrations with REST APIs
- Experience with source control (Git, SVN)
- Experience with containerization (ECS, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), or Tanzu)
