Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Service Advocate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure sustained connectivity in targeted IS systems across NA Market
  • Improve connectivity of remote devices via IPSEC/SSL VPN tunnels
  • Support network infrastructure improvement projects

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Services or Customer Relations with good understanding of networking concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years helpdesk/support experience preferred
  • CCNA level certification preferred
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with structured administrative skills
  • Ability to manage relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with large amounts of data
