Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Service Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure sustained connectivity in targeted IS systems across NA Market
Improve connectivity of remote devices via IPSEC/SSL VPN tunnels
Support network infrastructure improvement projects

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Customer Services or Customer Relations with good understanding of networking concepts
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years helpdesk/support experience preferred
CCNA level certification preferred
Self-motivated and self-directed with structured administrative skills
Ability to manage relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with large amounts of data
