Job Summary
An IT service provider is filling a position for a Remote Service Call Coordinator in Holland.
Must be able to:
- Address and triage all incoming IT support requests
- Dispatch & assign all support requests to an engineering resource or department
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience in an IT Help Desk or relevant IT Support role
- Basic understanding of computer systems and IT terminology
