Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Service Center Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Contacting the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system
  • Participating in and maintains a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team
  • Assigning new claims to the appropriate claims handler

Required Skills:

  • Travel as required
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
