- Document and research customer inquiries while adhering to established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to one year of experience in a high-paced contact center, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to use technology tools for research and customer inquiries
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions related to job functions
