Job Summary

A risk management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Delivery and Incident Management Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and establishing a robust incident management process
  • Coordinating and facilitating timely service restoration for critical incidents
  • Providing for a world class customer experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • B.S. degree or College Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in incident management, system optimization, process management, or operations
  • Experience with designing and implementing incident management processes
  • Experience managing critical incidents and outages in a SaaS organization
  • Must be able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must understand ITIL and Agile methodologies
