Job Summary
A risk management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Delivery and Incident Management Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and establishing a robust incident management process
- Coordinating and facilitating timely service restoration for critical incidents
- Providing for a world class customer experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.S. degree or College Diploma or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in incident management, system optimization, process management, or operations
- Experience with designing and implementing incident management processes
- Experience managing critical incidents and outages in a SaaS organization
- Must be able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must understand ITIL and Agile methodologies
