Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Delivery Manager 1.
Must be able to:
- Lead the Global and/or local Delivery of Services provided by the organization to a particular account or group of accounts
- Be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of the contracted services
- Act as an advisor to service line managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies and account/program management
- A sound understanding of the major Unisys service offerings and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends
- Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services & network operations
- A proven record of accomplishment in effective communications, managing service delivery and relationship management skills
