Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Service Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Researching and implementing ITIL and ISO best practices
- Ensuring team members are familiar with IT service delivery processes
- Providing direction and mentorship in technical support and service delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Bachelors degree and 12-15 years or more of management experience
- Extensive experience managing large IT teams
- Experience managing a desktop computing environment
- Experience with patching and anti-virus updates
- Experience leading the escalation process
