Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Service Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Researching and implementing ITIL and ISO best practices
  • Ensuring team members are familiar with IT service delivery processes
  • Providing direction and mentorship in technical support and service delivery

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelors degree and 12-15 years or more of management experience
  • Extensive experience managing large IT teams
  • Experience managing a desktop computing environment
  • Experience with patching and anti-virus updates
  • Experience leading the escalation process
