Job Summary
A provider of IT support and services has a current position open for a Remote Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking ownership of the customer service experience
- Being the designated point of contact within IPC Service Space
- Handling incident escalations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Basic Enterprise Voice or Data experience and understanding of back-end manufacturer service/portal tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Candidate is comfortable in high pressure situations and can assess and prioritize multiple activities
- Candidate must have interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and is comfortable presenting reports in front of customers
