Job Summary

A provider of IT support and services has a current position open for a Remote Service Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking ownership of the customer service experience
  • Being the designated point of contact within IPC Service Space
  • Handling incident escalations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Basic Enterprise Voice or Data experience and understanding of back-end manufacturer service/portal tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Candidate is comfortable in high pressure situations and can assess and prioritize multiple activities
  • Candidate must have interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and is comfortable presenting reports in front of customers
