Job Summary
A consulting firm is in need of a Remote Service Delivery Market Leader in Urbandale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading quarterly check ins or touch points with Key Market clients
- Researching and resolving client escalations
- Managing and partnering with vendor partners to ensure that client issues and concerns are addressed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Weekly (bi-weekly) Client Health meetings with Consulting Counterpart
- Previous experience in project and people management
- 5 - 7 years in specific domains of HR administration ( Health& Group Benefits) is required
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
