Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Service Designer Senior.
Must be able to:
- Identify and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience
- 6 years of demonstrated experience in Service Design, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Process Engineering, or a relevant design field
- Demonstrated extensive experience in applying and creating service design practices, methods, and problem-solving strategies
- Demonstrated experience translating diverse business, customer and technical requirements from an inclusive, human-centered perspective
- Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize applied research
- Extensive experience in creating product or service prototypes in Lean and Agile environment
