Job Summary

Providing Level 1 IT support, the contract Remote Service Desk Agent will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage service requests, and resolve incidents primarily via telephone.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents and problems
  • Create, update, and manage incident tickets throughout their lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience with incident ticketing and event management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
