Job Summary
Providing Level 1 IT support, the contract Remote Service Desk Agent will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage service requests, and resolve incidents primarily via telephone.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents and problems
- Create, update, and manage incident tickets throughout their lifecycle
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with incident ticketing and event management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
