Job Summary
A publishing company has a current position open for a Remote Service Desk Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide updates and suggestions to knowledge base documentation
- Provide support to our end users through the use of our case management system
- Respond to and diagnose incidents, problems and requests using knowledge base articles
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to test new products before their release date and provide feedback to the Media Producer Team
- Can participate in staff meetings
- Must be able to work full business hours
