Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Service Desk Analyst II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resetting passwords and utilizing excellent customer service skills to problem solve
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues using a knowledge base
- Interacting via telephone, e-mail and one on one with customers to perform diagnostics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 1+ years' of customer service experience in a professional industry
- Active Directory and ITSM experience
- Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols
- Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
- Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
