Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Service Desk Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resetting passwords and utilizing excellent customer service skills to problem solve
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues using a knowledge base
  • Interacting via telephone, e-mail and one on one with customers to perform diagnostics

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 1+ years' of customer service experience in a professional industry
  • Active Directory and ITSM experience
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols
  • Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
