Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Service Desk Analyst in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Document issues in ServiceNow ticketing and knowledge base system
- Support internal corporate users' laptops/desktops, operating systems, and network technologies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to come up-to-speed and troubleshoot COTS and proprietary applications
- 1+ year of providing phone, chat and/or email technical support in a corporate setting
- Experience with ServiceNow desired
- Experience troubleshooting VPN, Active Directory, Windows, MS Office/Office 365, etc
- High school diploma or equivalent
