Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Service Desk Analyst in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Document issues in ServiceNow ticketing and knowledge base system
  • Support internal corporate users' laptops/desktops, operating systems, and network technologies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to come up-to-speed and troubleshoot COTS and proprietary applications
  • 1+ year of providing phone, chat and/or email technical support in a corporate setting
  • Experience with ServiceNow desired
  • Experience troubleshooting VPN, Active Directory, Windows, MS Office/Office 365, etc
  • High school diploma or equivalent
