Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Desk Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and maintaining process documentation
  • Packaging and deploying node modules
  • Solving customer technical issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge of consuming and creating APIs
  • 3+ years of experience in a software development role
  • Comfortable using Linux/*nix CLI
  • Understanding Agile development methodologies
  • Comfortable using automated testing tools
