A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Desk Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining process documentation
- Packaging and deploying node modules
- Solving customer technical issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of consuming and creating APIs
- 3+ years of experience in a software development role
- Comfortable using Linux/*nix CLI
- Understanding Agile development methodologies
