Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Service Desk IT Support Specialist in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting and providing excellent first contact customer service support to our end users for questions, problems or issues
- Contributing positively to our customer service, incident, and request service level agreements
- Performing responsibilities within established SOX and Security compliance criteria
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma with 3 years of customer service experience with a displayed aptitude for IT
- A four year degree preferred
- Ability to keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust
