Job Summary

A cloud services provider has a current position open for a Remote Service Desk Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage ticket queues effectively to prevent aging or breaches of SLA and drive incidents to resolution
  • Develop an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer IT support
  • Lead, train, coach, and mentor Technical Support Representatives

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a global technical support group
  • 4+ years in a management or leadership role
  • Formal service management qualifications
  • Experience in managing a 24/7 service desk within a global organization
