Job Summary

A provider of innovative, reliable solutions to the U.S. Government is seeking a Remote Service Desk Quality Assurance Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing monthly quality audits for the Customer Service Agents
  • Recording score outcomes using the required quality audit tools and resources
  • Supporting and assisting the Program Team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 3-5 Years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with Government Stakeholders
  • Ability to work with a Team, as well as independently
  • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
