Job Summary
A provider of innovative, reliable solutions to the U.S. Government is seeking a Remote Service Desk Quality Assurance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing monthly quality audits for the Customer Service Agents
- Recording score outcomes using the required quality audit tools and resources
- Supporting and assisting the Program Team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 3-5 Years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with Government Stakeholders
- Ability to work with a Team, as well as independently
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
