Job Summary
A healthcare products and services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Desk Representative in Bannockburn.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing customer service through actively listening, showing empathy and attention to detail
- Analyzing and identifying technical hardware, software, procedural and/or communication problems
- Developing, maintaining, and applying technical IT knowledge of systems and tools necessary to troubleshoot problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a customer service position
- Basic level of technical aptitude (understanding basic logical strategies behind finding solutions for technical programs)
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word
- Basic level PC skills
- Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to various audiences
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights
