Job Summary
An IT service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Desk Team Systems Support Engineer III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, and supporting services for Microsoft related technologies
- Administrating and managing of Server 2008 through 2016 technologies
- Provide third-tier escalation support and mentorship to other engineers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent knowledge with email solution in area of implementation, configuration and administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft networks
- Strong knowledge of Backup Solutions
- Strong understanding of remote solutions such as Remote Desktop Services and Citrix
- Excellent knowledge of network Storage Solution
- Basic knowledge of network services
