Job Summary

An IT service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Desk Team Systems Support Engineer III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting services for Microsoft related technologies
  • Administrating and managing of Server 2008 through 2016 technologies
  • Provide third-tier escalation support and mentorship to other engineers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent knowledge with email solution in area of implementation, configuration and administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft networks
  • Strong knowledge of Backup Solutions
  • Strong understanding of remote solutions such as Remote Desktop Services and Citrix
  • Excellent knowledge of network Storage Solution
  • Basic knowledge of network services
