Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage issues through multiple inbound support channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including Microsoft operating systems and peripherals
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass an extensive background check, drug screening, and credit check
- Experience providing support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with ticket tracking and resolution systems
