Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for a wide range of computer-related issues

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (2007 to present)
- Familiarity with technical infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and servers
- Experience working remotely or independently
