Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (2007 to present)
  • Familiarity with technical infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and servers
  • Experience working remotely or independently
