Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Service Desk Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing incidents and requests
  • Escalating service requests as required
  • Being responsible for being the first line of contact for clients experiencing issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer focused skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise and professional written communication
  • At least 1 year of IT support experience in a professional services environment
  • Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
