A software development company has an open position for a Remote Service Desk Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing incidents and requests
- Escalating service requests as required
- Being responsible for being the first line of contact for clients experiencing issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer focused skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise and professional written communication
- At least 1 year of IT support experience in a professional services environment
- Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
