Job Summary
An IT and cloud services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Desk Technician I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Accepting incoming client troubleshooting calls and emails
- Following up on open tickets, keeping the client informed of any updates to their ticket
- Updating client documentation as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and Exchange Online
- Ability to review, refine and create SOPs
- Working knowledge of Windows file shares (SMB/CIFS)
- Proficiency in navigation and administration of Active Directory
