Job Summary

An IT and cloud services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Desk Technician I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Accepting incoming client troubleshooting calls and emails
  • Following up on open tickets, keeping the client informed of any updates to their ticket
  • Updating client documentation as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and Exchange Online
  • Ability to review, refine and create SOPs
  • Working knowledge of Windows file shares (SMB/CIFS)
  • Proficiency in navigation and administration of Active Directory
