Job Summary
An IT and cloud services company is seeking a Remote Service Desk Technician I in McLean.
Must be able to:
- Accept incoming client troubleshooting calls and emails
- Follow up on open tickets, keeping the client informed of any updates to their ticket
- Update client documentation as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and Exchange Online
- Proficiency in navigation and administration of Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Windows file shares (SMB/CIFS)
