Job Summary

An IT and cloud services company is seeking a Remote Service Desk Technician I in McLean.

Must be able to:

  • Accept incoming client troubleshooting calls and emails
  • Follow up on open tickets, keeping the client informed of any updates to their ticket
  • Update client documentation as needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and Exchange Online
  • Proficiency in navigation and administration of Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Windows file shares (SMB/CIFS)
