Job Summary

A physician group and practice management company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Desk Technician in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Monitor SLAs and follow escalation procedures

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Standard level knowledge of healthcare specific technologies
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft (Windows 7 and 10) and Mac OS X operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 and Office 365 products
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Active Directory and network technologies
