Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Service Experience Interactive Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building and showcasing experience through design and prototyping
- Building deep empathy and understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations through journey maps
- Building experiences by connecting set strategic themes and capabilities through design
Position Requirements Include:
- 8 or more years of consumer experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Deep understanding of developing experiences through design and connecting to the broader end-to-end customer experience
- Strategic thinking capabilities; organized and detail-oriented
- Intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and a comfort with ambiguity
- Strong, demonstrated skills developing insights from analysis, and action from insights
