Job Summary

A medical services company is seeking a Remote Service Industry Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct
  • Adhering to and ensures all company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining an acceptable attendance and tardiness record

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree
  • 6+ months contact center experience
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to accurately type 35wpm or more
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
