An automotive company is in need of a Remote Service Instructional Designer in Palo Alto.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Must be able to design, develop, implement and maintain instructional materials
- Partner with internal stakeholders
- Liaising with experts regarding development needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Capable of traveling to get hands on time with the product / support training development
- Able to manage a design project management end to end
- Experience supporting learning management systems
- 5+ years of experience with proven success in similar role
- Ability to analyze logically and navigate ambiguity
- Ability to meet aggressive timelines for deliverables, with accuracy, quality and attention to detail
