Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Service Management Analyst 2.

Must be able to:

  • Provide point of contact for process related questions or issues
  • Ensure contractual service support requirements are understood and managed
  • Present operational and service level reports and explain service level support available

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Basic understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principals
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
