Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Service Management Analyst 3.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts
- Presenting operational and service level reports and explains service level support available to internal or external customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Mnimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Basic understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principals
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
