Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Service Management Analyst 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts
  • Presenting operational and service level reports and explains service level support available to internal or external customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Mnimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Basic understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principals
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
