Job Summary

An online university is seeking a Remote Service Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting an objective, measurable bar for quality and help teams achieve it
  • Supporting and improving ITIL service management processes as assigned
  • Identifying and implementing changes that will improve ITIL maturity across the entire IT organization

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with agile product development, DevOps, and ITIL
  • ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or higher)
  • 1+ years in an ITIL-based service delivery process
  • 1+ years of experience designing or leading IT processes and programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Experience with IT service management processes; Change or Problem management
