Job Summary
An online university is seeking a Remote Service Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting an objective, measurable bar for quality and help teams achieve it
- Supporting and improving ITIL service management processes as assigned
- Identifying and implementing changes that will improve ITIL maturity across the entire IT organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Familiarity with agile product development, DevOps, and ITIL
- ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or higher)
- 1+ years in an ITIL-based service delivery process
- 1+ years of experience designing or leading IT processes and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience with IT service management processes; Change or Problem management
