Job Summary

An IT services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Management Consultant Now in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, Developing and Implementing of Service Integration and Management processes
  • Conducting client workshops, interviews and presentations
  • Writing functional requirements for systems implementations and system test scripts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Problem and ITSM
  • Minimum of 3 years of Service Integration and Management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience from professional services organization
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ITSM as super/advanced user
  • Experience as Functional/ Business Process Consultant in deployments of ServiceNow applications
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution and signoffs
