Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Service Mapping Senior Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with application subject matter experts to create and validate Service Maps
  • Participating in configuration management meetings to provide visibility into performance issues related to Discovery
  • Maintaining the integrity of the Service Mapping tool across production and non-production environments

Required Skills:

  • Formal training in ServiceNow Service Mapping
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow related technologies, especially JavaScript
  • Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, XML, REST, SOAP
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
