Job Summary

An information management company has an open position for a Remote Service Partner IV.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting with clients regularly to review and prioritize open cases
  • Being the client's advocate (voice of the client), champion their needs, and provide operational oversite
  • Supporting a portfolio of 14 to 18 clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 20% - 30%
  • Communicating and set client expectations to build and improve the client relationship
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and on the job experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Implementations, and integrations
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
